Nothing in BloomBrick is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Estimates and verdicts are generated from public data and modeled assumptions. Always do your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

No guarantees

We're not responsible for investment decisions made using our tools. Property values, rents, rehab costs, and market conditions can vary materially from our estimates.

Acceptable use

Don't use BloomBrick to scrape data at scale, abuse the AI features, or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to give notice for material changes that affect paid plans.
